RE: Flechette loading data???
Well, never heard of anyone trying to load them. But imagine I would use heavy wads mad for steelshot and just wiegh them like shot.
I guess you saw the special in CTD? I am not even sure how one would put them in the wad or hull.

It should be by weight with some sort of buffer material between the darts. Not sure I'd fire them in a full choke?A regular wad ,the flechettes ,buffer and an overshot card. This is going to be tial and error to get the correct height combination......................Harold

I don't remember exactly where but if it helps you any I saw some preloaded shells once. I think it was at deltaforce.com. I remember they were pretty stiff but it might save you the trouble and/or give you some to dissect.

Used to load them into 12 gauge hulls a long time ago. Still have a few rounds around here somewhere. i loaded them in the regular plastic shot cup designed for lead shot.i loaded mine nose to tail: This is the way that they were loaded in military projectiles and rocket warheads. All the backwards ones turn around in flight at exactly the same time.
Lots of military surplus stores sell flechettes.
