RE: 3006 reloads for coyotes
the sierra110 grain hp in the 30-06 is my old varmint load.i used 54 grains of imr 4064 to deadly effect on ground hogs out to 300 yards no problem.it would cut ground hogs almost in half though.i also know it will leave a whole in fox large enough to see through.you may want to try the same load with the sierra 125 grain sp.it don't open up much at all.in fact i used to shoot deer with it and it would go right through with little damage and the deer would drop dead in its tracks.both were super accurate,as in shoot a 3 inch group at 280 yards from a rest with a 30-06 browning a-bolt.chech loads in a new book before loading and work up.my books old.
