300 weatherby mag
I have a load i whould like to share with you guys. im using imr 4350, 84.7grs, with the nosler 125gr ballistic tip. People keep telling me that that is a varmit load. at 3758fps, youll find that it will do the job on just about most of your big game. they group really well at 300 yards and i havent had any thing run 5yrds yet. good luck to those who try this load.

I have used the 125 Ballistic Tip in several .30 caliber rifles - none as potent as the .300 Weatherby - and I'm not sure I would use this bullet for anything larger than an antelope. Great turbo-charged varmint load, though. I assume you are shooting these deer in the ribs, broadside shots only?

I use that exact bullet in my 300Wthby. I load it down just a little less then that and it shoots great. Ive shot 2 doe's with the load and lets just say they diidnt run very far. Was there alot of mean damage--OH YEA!!
