Does anyone know if outfits other than Remington, and Federal are making 260 Rem brass?
I figured Winchester would be producing brass and loaded ammunition by now.
I used to be able to buy Federal brass but now can only find loaded ammo. Anyone know if Federal brass is available?

Good one Doe Dumper!
I'm afraid to weigh my Remington 260 brass. Cause if I do, I'll probably spend the next few evenings on the lathe, re-barrelling to 308 Win. And I don't need another 308.
I'm hoping Nosler starts making 260 brass. I have their cases in 308 and 280. I've weighed them all and even between batches the biggest variation I have is .4 grains. Wow!
I maybe forcedto revert to necking up and trimming243 Win brass.

Do you think Nosler is actually manufacturing the brass? I truly do not know, but I would not bet against it being Federal-which is made by? This is not a debate or argument-more of an inquiry, because I truly do not know. Does anyone out there have any info. they can back up? Tom.

Could be made by Federal. I doubt it.Don't care. I've switched to Nosler brass with every cartridge I have, that they produce brass for. It's the most consistent in weight and capacity I've ever seen. And they're not as brittle as Remington brass.
