I've used RL 15 for 15 years in my .35 Whelen behind 225 X's and Partitions with excellent results. Switched to 225 TSX's this year. Great accuracy, no terminals yet.

I load for my 35 Whelen AI... guess that is close enough just gotta back off a bit for the parent... 4064 is what she loves with 225 NBT's.... gotta dig out my data to tell you what it enjoys with hornady's and 250 N Partitions.... I should have a lot of data from last fall when i was working up loads.... just gonna put together another batch of what i fould worked last year for this fall...

I got the barrel and have it ready to go to the range. I picked up one box of 200 Grain Corlokts to start and get a little brass.

James, I'm starting to like you more and more everyday. First the 6.5x55, now my other favourite cartridge My dad currently only uses factory Remington 250's (drop deer purty darn good), but I'm going to reload for him this summer when I get my set-up.

[:@] Since I broke my foot, I have not even had a chance to shoot it yet. Maybe Friday. I got the dies and some Hornady 200 Grain interlocks.

The .35 Wehlen is a great caliber much better that the .50 SW for big game. In a single shot you should be able to really drive it with hand loads. It's a great caliber for Moose, Bear, Elk sized game.
