Default 7mm Groups

Went to the range on Friday and this is what I was getting for groups. You guy's think this isdecent for a 7mm Rem mag? Gun is a Carl Gustaf Custom with Zeiss 3.5-10X44 Conquest. I'm pretty happy with it but I thought I could do better at 200. It's so damn hard getting decent groups at 200[:@]. Shooting reloads and was using a bench rest.

Those are some nice groups. I load the 140 Nosler BT over IMR 7828 and get 3350fps out of them. Here is a typical group. My personal best is .375" 3 shot group.

Those are certainly acceptable groups. I'd bet you pulled that low-right flyer at 200 yards!

I've got a Ruger No. 1 in 7 MAG. The attached group is at 200 yards, 175-grain Remington Corelokt, 66 grains of N205 powder.... I ALWAYS shoot from a bench when I'm testing a gun or ammo!

One of these days I'm going to have to break down and buy a digital camera or scanner and learn how to post pictures so I show you guys what my Sako 7mm mag is capable of.
