Default MEC question

I have a Mec versa-mec, can i get charge bars for this? Im looking for a 2oz turkey load, and maybe a 1 1/4 or close for steel. Also if they make them, one for hevi-shot.

Yes, any of the "302" bars should work in your Versa-Mec. The charge bars made for lead are red, and the steel shot versions are black. I don't know about Heavi-Shot bars, but I would bet that an adjustable bar could be adjusted to dispense a particular weighed charge.

Ditto. Any 302 bar is going to work......and there is definately a 2 oz bar that works with powder bushings. Steel bars are different so keep that in mind. Check them out: www.mecreloaders.com

As far as heavy shot is concerned, I would agree that a universal charge bar (adjustable) could be in order. But, remember, when dealing with MEC, you're dealing with an American company. You can call them: 1-800-797-4MEC; or email Tech Support at [email protected] and get help with just about anything very easily.

MEC has always been very personable and knowledgable anytime I've needed help or parts!
