Backing the FL die out will partial resize the case. What I use is 7/8" arbor shims between the press and FL die. I usually start with a .010 shim if the cases will chamber I go with it. If not I try a .008 shim, and so on until the cases chamber with slight bolt closing resistance.
If you want to neck size, you need a neck sizer die.

I believe you can special order them from Lee precision .you might have to pay more for it because of the setup .Its just not popular enough for anyone to produce yet .Luck .

Is this for .260 remington? Did you try Midsouth? They usually seem to have everything that might be hard to find.
Here's a link that shows a RCBS neck die, they also have Lee colet dies in that caliber.
