What bullets do you guys load for your .243 to hunt deer out to 200 yards. How do they perform. Please give me all the gory details.

Thanks

The best round in my opinion is the 85 gr bullet and I've used them out to 300 yds on deer and antelope . When I first started loading for the 243I called Sierra and that weight was recomended by thier Tech at the time . WhatI load now is the Barnes 85 gr TSX . WhatI load for varmint hunting is the 75 gr X bullet which they dicontinued making . .

I've been loading the Sierra 85gr HPBT Gameking for the last 20 years. I've taken more deer with that bullet at anywhere from 10-200 yards than I care to brag about.

Hornady interlock flat base 100 grain is my choice. You can spend more on bullets and not kill deer faster.

I use the 85gr barnes X bullets. If you cant get those to shoot accurately, try any premium bullet between 85 and 110gr. Barnes X, Nosler partitions, Failsafes,etc...

I like the 95 or 100-grain Nosler Partition bullet from the 6mm bore size....

100 gr. hornady round nose is the best performing 6mm bullet that I've used so far!
