That looks like the best way I have ever seen to do it. I look forward to trying it. I am curious though whether he had gutted it. I saw no incision at all in the stomach. I suppose I will just have to get this one figured out via trial and error. BB

From what I could tell, the guts and all that fun stuff stay in the skin as you pull out the rabbit's legs and back. Basically, the parts you will be getting from this method is the front legs, back legs, and back meat.

No it was not gutted. The loose hide is stuffed into the hole you poke in the belly cavity. That keeps the guts from backing out as you pull. It even takes the rib bones off.
