That sure is a big pile of trash( pedo joe and the expected leftist mob stated above plans( i dont like any of it/will pick just a few)

Hold gun manufacturers accountable. In 2005, then-Senator Biden voted against the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act, but gun manufacturers successfully lobbied Congress to secure its passage. This law protects these manufacturers from being held civilly liable for their products – a protection granted to no other industry. Biden will prioritize repealing this protection.

Get weapons of war off our streets. The bans on assault weapons and high-capacity magazines that Biden, along with Senator Feinstein, secured in 1994 reduced the lethality of mass shootings. But, in order to secure the passage of the bans, they had to agree to a 10-year sunset provision and when the time came, the Bush Administration failed to extend them. As president, Biden will:
  • Ban the manufacture and sale of assault weapons and high-capacity magazines. Federal law prevents hunters from hunting migratory game birds with more than three shells in their shotgun. That means our federal law does more to protect ducks than children. It’s wrong.
Gun makers have every right to make & sell any lawfull firearms they like..... Without Bs leftists trying to distroy there businesses.

Innerfearing with lawfull innerstate commerce of lawfull products is a federal offence under federal ricco laws...( they been around awhile)

Pedo joe biden, clintoon ,big city mayors etc etc( to long a list)(all the rest of the leftist gun grabbers, for bringing all those frivolius lawsuits & other actions to drive the makers out of business(- And all of them Should have been charged with a fed crime under such laws.

Now il state the obvious- ( for 1/2 a brain joe*& his buds) Gun makers are not & should Not be held liable for anyones "criminal acts"& of said LEGAL products. A protection granted only them? Bs - no large org, efforts( like those by the leftist mob) have been made agints other industry to distroy them. Is a car maker found at fault when there products are used in criminal acts? Hammer makers( when someones been beatin in the head & killed with one) Knife makers, horseshoes? Of course not.

That law was made for what i mentoned above( to protect gunmakers & owners)- from idiots joe bidin & his idiot gun grabbing leftist buds

Btw-i do believe gun makers are still liable(- for any defective, &unsafe products etc( just like any industy.

And for the insane lefists-( whos writing that crap above) comparing ducks to children. Guess what(NEWSFLASH!!!)- its illeagle to hunt children no matter how MANEY rounds one has in a firearm.

And that weapons of war crap-( between that & the kids& ducks thing- some of the dumbest stuff i have read on the innernet.... War weapons....-Since it is undefined--- includes man many many things( stones, sticks, axes.swords, bows/arrows, fire...etcetc( left undefined.....(i guess ya dont have to add much else-to find something-( somekind of weapon of war- as a reason to kick ppls doors in.

But here ya go clueless joe- blast im threw the door( your advive to apear polticaly moderate( but sounding even more stupid then normal)- to the clueless ppl voting for you)) with weapons of war...( need a list of muskets, flintlocks etc&,the pointy sharp things /weapons of war they stick on the ends to?Speaking of sticking- ya can stick you planed ban lists & planed antigun laws where the sun dosnt shine pedo 1/2 a brain joe

Well it does come to pass we will need to be ready to assemble in mass to show strength in numbers. Remember ladies and gentlemen. We ARE the largest armed force in the entire world. Its OUR call. These people in office are not ELECTED OFFICIALS they are ELECTED EMPLOYEES! They work for us not their own whims and desires.
