Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default It's Over!

Ted Cruz has just suspended his campaign! He gave a very good speech but he did not congratulate or endorse Trump! He gave it his best! Now it is time for his supporters and all the Republican establishment to concede that Trump is the nominee! Conservatives must unite, even if we must hold our noses while voting! If we don't..... it's hILDABEAST!!!!

For me, the most frightening thing I've seen in this whole election has been the popularity of Sanders. He is openly campaigning as a socialist, has vowed to appoint only SCOTUS justices that will do his bidding, and essentially wants to wage war on everyone that actually works for a living. I found the reports of the orgy of idiocy in Seattle for "May Day" protesting capitalism to also be very disturbing. Socialism is becoming stronger and more widespread than it should be, and it needs to be stopped.

I don't know if Trump is the answer, but right now he is the best answer we've got. He seems to be pushing his agenda, saying damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead. If we want to stop the progress of socialism, we've got to get someone with that philosophy in office.

Trump was awful chummy towards Ted after he suspended his campaign.

Isn't it up to Trump to court us after the endless trashing of us conservatives? This man shouldn't expect those who oppose him for real issues to just say ok. It's a shame the media picked our candidate once again.

My preferred candidate in this race was Rubio. He was the closest that I aligned to ideologically but he ran a very poor campaign. I also expected better from Scott Walker but he also did a poor job. Neither Trump nor Cruz was high on my personal list when the campaign began but this is how it played out.

While Trump was probably at or close to the bottom of my list I will not hesitate to pull the lever for him in Nov. Regardless how much I disagree with many of Trump's policies and how he states things he is 1000% more favorable to me than Broom Hilda is. So I advise, actually I plead, with all who call themselves conservatives to get over it and get behind the guy. The most critical thing is to take the WH in Nov since there are at least 3 seats in the SCOTUS that will come to play and it is obvious even to the most casual of observers that Broom Hilda will not fill those seats with anyone that cares about your personal rights especially the 2nd Amendment. Remember the appointment to the SCOTUS is a lifetime appointment and these new members could very well be there for 25+ years. With Kagan and Sotomayor the youngest members that gives the LIBs a al least a 5-4 majority for a long, long time. Scalia will need to be replaced immediately after the election and that one seat can tip the balance and 2 more will nail it down until many of us are in the grave.

So, quit fighting. Quit complaining. Quit all the BS and get together to win this thing because if you don't then Broom Hilda will take huge enjoyment in screwing each and every one of you every chance she gets! Either prevent that or explain to your grandkids how your idiotic pride allowed you to kill the America we know enjoy. Ultimately it is up to the individual voter and I already know what my action will be. The question is: What will your's be?

Indeed!
Those people will just have to deal w/it and accept that this country belongs to us all, even though we didn't share their viewpoint.
