yeah, I saw it. The state wants to move the goalpost as far as possible from 'beyond a reasonable doubt' re: Murder 2.

I'll say again - they want to nail Zimmerman SOMEHOW. Anything will do.

Yup, if he is found innocent, after the ensuing insanity has finally settled down, from what I've seen to date it wouldn't surprise me if the state of Florida charged Zimmerman with inciting a riot!!!

I am not a lawyer nor am I expert on criminal court proceedings so I do not understand how after the trial has commenced for one set of charges how the state is able to then try the defendant for different/lesser charges mid-trial?

A retired judge last night on Hannity said it was standard procedure for that charge if either side requests it.

I believe there are two reasons they want to hang Zimmerman even if he's innocent...and I believe he is ...

1. Because it was a "black kid" that was killed....

2. Because they don't want to see riots if Zimmermans found not guilty....

probably want him to walk so if he is killed in retaliation it won't be on their watch in a prison.

If a white organization said "were going to blackie's getto and burn down his community"...we're gonna make blackie feel the pain....
There would be hell to pay...Holder would be all over them....
These people don't want EQUAL justice....they want SOCIAL justice...
They better watch out ...a lot of the people in the suburbs are bitter clingers and own AR's and 30 magazines....
