Just heard on the radio early this am that the WI state congress and senate approved the constitutional amendment to hunt fish and trap. Doyle, as a previous supporter is expected to approve and it will move to a state referendum. (We'll see)

The only possible bad "thing" in the bill are the words "subject to reasonable restrictions". Of course the animal rights groups are actively lobbying against the amendment.
