Do you know what the web address is for the test? I'd like to do it on the web and get it over with.
Also wondering what the government is going to do for all the americans who come up to fish in the summer. In some parts of NW ontario 85% of fish are caught by americans. Are they going to be required to do the test before they arrive? This could be a real headache for the outfitters in our area.

They don't have to worry for a few years as long as they're over 18 and using a boat longer than 4 meters. On the other hand I needed one for my 12' car topper.
