I think it is a bass pro opening up in toronto.Anyways anyone know when the grand opening is.Will be looking for a new hunting outfit,and probably a few other accesories.Hopefully before october

Website indicates still Fall 04'. However it states applications are being excepted until August 20th, so they are at least entering the hiring process. It explains the grand opening events planned and imagine it will be well advertised in the TO area.

I drive by it twice a day on my way to work. The building is coming along nicely and the last article I have read in the papers was talking early November. She's a beast to look at and should put those idiots at Lebarons out of business fairly quickly. I do feel sorry for some of the smaller Toronto shops who will also take a serious beating. Can't wait.

And terry,i am really getting excited about this place.We are about 4 hour drive but will be there for sure.I was just hoping it would be open before archery season.And what your saying about early november,looks like we will miss it before rifle season starts up as well.
Just thought they would have thought about the grand opening a little earlier though.Probably would have made alot more sales.But its all good because it should be open before christmas and i'll point a few things out to the wife.And maybe santa can get the rest

FYI, I pulled this post from the canadian forum at accuratereloading.com.
First week of November Bass Pro in GTA area is going to open for customers.
For example the hunting section will be 4x larger then Le Baron store in Mississauga.
My good friend Stan is a manager responsible for hunting department, he promises best service and way better availability then we can see in L.B.
