Swampdonkey, as SJ stated they are available online now, just follow his link.
True if your Canadian resident you do not require a guide. The bag Limit is 1 WT deer either sex in all zones for canadian residents (private or public). So you can hunt anywhere in the province for 1 deer, but must be in an open Canadian Res. season. Ie: rifle season in zones 1-55 (southern/central) is Nov. 24-29th. 56 and up (north central/northern) for rifle is Nov.3-Dec. 8. In some zones you can hunt bow and muzzleloader the same as sask residents. You' ll need to find out where they live and what zones you' ll be hunting, then cross reference with the zone map on the Sask Enviroment Website link above.
The either sex WT deer tag is 140.00 plus 11.00 Habitat Certificate = 151.00.

I cut/pasted the zones/season info for Canadian Residents in Saskatchewan. Limit is 1 Whitetail deer Either-sex. A zone map can be found at the website or you can request a paper copy of regs and zone map to be mailed to you.
Zones 1 to 14, 18, 19, 21 to 30, 38, 40 to 47, 51 and 52
Rifle - Nov. 24 - Nov. 29
Regina/Moose Jaw and Saskatoon wildlife management zones
Archery - Sept. 1 - Dec. 6
Muzzleloader - Sept. 29 –Dec. 6
Shotgun-Nov. 24-Nov.29
Zones 48 to 50, and 53 to 55
Archery - Sept. 1 - Nov. 1
Muzzleloader - Sept. 29- Nov. 1
Rifle - Nov. 24 - Nov. 29
Zones 56 to 69
Archery - Aug. 25 - Nov. 1
Muzzleloader - Sept. 1 -Nov. 1
Rifle - Nov. 3 - Dec. 6
Zones 70 to 76
Archery, Muzzleloader & Rifle - Aug. 25 - Dec. 6
Note: Shotguns may not be used in the muzzleloader season.
SJ I am not sure where the family farm is, but their is still a large number of areas that are open to Canadian Residents all be it only the one week for rifle in most zones. However they have lengthened the season in the bush to the full 5 weeks & if you have sask residents to hunt with they can now shoot 2 either sex and a anterless in the 56 and up zones, FYI.

Skeeter-My family lives in zone 39.I grew up and have always hunted there so I know the land and the owners very well.In the years that I am not allowed to hunt in this zone I usually never bother to hunt saskatchewan at all. This year I am going to spend extra time on my alberta hunts instead.
