Has everyone taken the course. My son and I are going to Chatham March 29th for the course. I' m not too sure I will ever use it But its good to have and it will give my son and I another thing to do together
Spring is usually a dull time around here cause the Hockey season ends so maybe this will give us something to do

Hook Line & Sinker and I do not mean the sales pitch at the seminars. I am talking about the turkeys after you get out there hunting. I have been hunting them for many years now and I look forward to them even more than deer hunting.
The coarse is good in that it shows or explains the unique saftey hazards that comes with turkey hunting. They also explain rules and regulations, well they did when I went there.
Good Luck with anyone starting out in the " TAA" ... TURKEY ADDICTED ANOMIMOUS

Our NWTF dinner is this weekend coming, and I do support the growth of the sport through them! But right now I think the only reason I am going to this seminar is for my son. He really wants it

littleal many years ago I talked my dad into takeing the coarse with me (close to 10 years ago now). I did that becasue I wanted someone to hunt with. Now he is hooked more than I am. Last year he took two with the bow, he will be 72 this summer
.
Turkeys are a very addictive bird to hunt, not to mention they taste great

I`ve taken the course but found most of it a waste. You would learn more from a good video on how to hunt turkeys then they teach at the course. The safety side should be the main topic.
