Default Minox ZV3 3-9x50 Review

We've been waiting for the next addition to the Minox ZV3 rifle scope lineup to appear, and the Minox ZV3 3-9x50 is finally here! Other than some slight changes in field of view and the larger objective size, it's otherwise identical to the existing ZV3 3-9x40.

I know a lot of the guys here have purchased a ZV3, and everything I've heard so far is good. We think the Minox ZV3 3-9x50 is just as good as the 40mm version, with some added low-light performance.

We have posted a Minox ZV3 3-9x50 review on our website, so check it out.

I've been meaning to ask.
What is the difference between the 2 year default warranty and the The Minox Lifetime Total Coverage Warranty is only available from authorized Minox dealers.????

Does this mean one need to purchase from a Minox dealer and show proof of purchase say 15 years down the road? or does the scope body speak for itself?

You have 30 days from purchase to register your scope with Minox in order to get the Total Coverage Warranty that takes effect after the factory two year warranty. You're on file with Minox and covered in the event of repair or replacement for the life of the product:

"The MINOX Lifetime Total Coverage Warranty provides for repair or replacement for any problem that prevents the proper optical or mechanical function of the covered product. "

If you choose not to register, you'll have to provide a copy of the original sales receipt in order to receive coverage, which will qualify you for repair or replacement in case of mechanical or manufacturing defects down the line.
