In your price range of $200 max, I'd suggest the Bushnell Elite 3200, eye relief isn't exactly to my liking but the rainguard is nice. Nikon Prostaff, Nikon BuckMasters', Burris FullField II, and I really can't believe I'm saying it but the Leupold Rifleman or VX 1 lines are all within your price group. I'd say find a shop that has a good selection and see how your eyes like each scope. I'd also agree on losing the see through mounts, but if you like em, that's your decision.

I've heard a lot of good reviews of Vortex optics. I personally haven't used them myself, but for the money I hear they are a great value.
