Default Shephard Scopes??

Any one ever hear of these or use one? They claim to be good (doesn't every one tho?) and they look ok from what I've read but I'd like any info I oculd get. Are they a quality scope? Clear? DOes their range finding system work well? thanks

I've never seen or used one. Their reticles seem a bit "busy" to my eye though. I believe I'll stick to the Z600, 800's or the older TDS reticles.

I think I read on the SWFA site that the Shepard was the only brand they would not sell. I'll try to check.
