RE: Awesome deal on Weaver scopes
Weaver, made by Meade, probably Chinese or Korean. I'll take a Bushnell Elite 4200 for about $260 over the Weaver all day long. I've never understood the fascination with the illuminated reticle, if the glass is good enough to see the deer at dusk dark you can shoot him with a #4 German or a Multi-X.

I'll stick with Nikon.

RE: Awesome deal on Weaver scopes
thanks guys....as I'm not familiar with Weaver scopes. I'm looking at a NIkon Monarch 2.5-10X42 for my Browning BAR .270. I think I'll stick with my choice!

RE: Awesome deal on Weaver scopes
I’m not to sure about the scopes in questioned but I know that my Weaver Grand Slam scopes are excellent for the price. The Weavers I have are made in Japan if I’m not mistaken...
