I went to sight in my scope today

If I had to bet (with the little info that you gave) I would say scope. However, if it is an older gun that has been shot a lot there is a possibility that the barrel could be shot out. I had bought a .243 a long time ago that wore me out trying to sight it in, come to find out the barrel had been shot out. Then again, I have also bought brand new (low end) scopes that I had to take back they would not hold a zero.
If you could throw a little more info our way, we might be able to give a better opinion...

well the gun is new and had me and 2 other people shot to see if it was me it would be off to the right a little and we would bring it back left and it would still be off to the right just say it was off 2 inchs and we fix the scope the 2 inches then it would be even more right or even high sometimes

New gun, Clean thedickens out of the barrel if you haven't already. Then like timber said try getting it on paper at 25yds. If it still goes every where, then it very well could be the scope. Is the scope new as well? What brand and model?

Clean the fire out of the barrel....I don't think it is the scope either, the 3200's have a good rep. You might also try some different ammo after cleaning the barrel real good.....I am sure you have checked all your screws on your scope mount and all that is tight????
1. Check the screws
2. Clean the barel...GOOD
3. Start at 25 yards
4. Try a different brand and configuration of ammo...
5. Good luck...Let us know what happens after trying all that

If all the other stuff mentioned you have done then it very well could be a bad scope, I guess...I sure wouldn't think so but stranger things have happened...If I had done all the stuff I had mentioned and it still didn't shoot, I would take the scope back to where I bought it and get another, if it still didn't shoot, I would be taking the whole set up to where I bought the gun and having them fix it....Best of luck to you, I hope youget her fixed up brother....
