Default Any Experience with Mueller Scopes?

I have a new NEF Huntsman 50 cal muzzleloaderand I'm considering putting an "inexpensive" scope on it. I ran across the Mueller Sport Dot 3X9-40 IGRthat has an illuminated red dot for around $150. Does anyone have any thoughts on the quality of the Mueller scopes or any thoughts as to a good scope in this price range?

I have a 3-10x44 red dot and itis very clear and bright. It has held up to two seasons of WI brush and two years of CO hunting trips and has held its "0" just fine. Hope this helps.

In my recent research, I heard nothing but good things about Mueller scopes. I wouldn't hesitate to buy one...

Ihave no experience using a Mueller, but I did call the company several years ago to get some info about scopes that was in a small print ad.
Alady answered and transfered me straight to the owner, I think his name was Rich, maybe.
He was extremly nice and an avid outdoorsmanand knew his products well and swore he would stand behind his product 200%
He said if I had any problems or just simply didnt like it he would refund my money within 90 days and would ensure replacement if necessary for the lifetime of the company. He stated they was made in China but at a facility he, himself, had selected.
I didnt buy for reasons such as the "life of the company warranty" and the fact of them being made in china, but I thanked him for his time and wished him success in his buisness, which I think he has acheived.

I wish I would had bought one then because he had offered me demos for real cheap with the total warranty.
If you are going to buy one you may want to try callinghim and buying it directly.
