Leupold problem
Recently my Leupold VXII 3x9x50 went astray and would not hold a zero. I checked all of my bases, tried different ammo, and took the gun to my gunsmith. He could not figure out why the gun would not hold a pateSo I sent the scope back to Leupold. Any idea what might happen?
Thanks

RE: Leupold problem
TC....... thats right, everything is bigger and better in PDL. I usually hunt in Gaskin were the big bucks roam.
The rifle and scope used to shoot awesome groups. Recently, I started getting terrible patterns and the gun was not the same. I checked all bases and rings, thouroughly cleaned the gun, and tried new ammo. Through all of this it shot worse. I took and had it bore sighted and then went back and could not hit paper at 25yds. Took it to my smith and he could not diagnos the problem. Tried a new scope, and it the gun shot fine.
