I am wondering if you can pre register for this shoot?
and I was under the impressiong that if I sign up for it before I turn 18 I can shoot it in the youth class, is this correct?

You must pre-register for this event, they fill up fast so don't wait to long. That reminds me............
As far as your class, assuming your 18th birthday is/or was after the completion of the 2004 Worlds competition, you can compete in the youth class' untill the completion of the 2005 Worlds. Hope this helps.
