I don't understand a 4 pin limit on this new class. People would be using the exact same
equipment shooting 45 yds. that the HC uses at 35 yds. I feel like if there was no restriction on the # of pins more people would jump into this class which is what the IBO
wants isn't it?

I think the reason for shooting and HC setup at 45yds is to take alot of the 11s off the scores. It will also help the local clubs out, because the 11 ring wont get shot out as fast at 45yds. Who knows if this class will work out or not. I guess we will find out this year. I plan on shooting MBR with 4 pins the 5th pin just seems to get in the way. I shot HC last year with 3 pins and my Q2XL was shooting 282fps. I do know one thing about pins if you have a pin on your sight that you are not going to use. You need to remove it. I had 4 pins on my spothogg and was only using 3. I had the 4th one ran down as far as it would go, it was just above my bubble. I was about half way through the course at Nelsonville and I got on that pin somehow. I think that arrow is still going.
