I live in Maine and got my first bear this year with a bow, and dogs.
I wanted to say thank you from all Maine archers for supporting bear hunting in our state. Please keep up the good work!!!!!

Congradulations on your bear. Sometimes we all get caught up in the competition side of things and forget how important it is that we continue working to protect our hunting heritage. It's good to see that the efforts of so many were rewarded at the polling booths. Alaska and Maine both are success stories this year.
