It will be interesting to see what happens. It is never good to loose any class because you will also loose soom participants. The semi pro class seems to be doing quite well compared to the PRO class. Some people are financially unable to participate at the pro level on their own. I hope that we don' t loose any part of archery, but if we do there must be a good reason.

In my opinion, you should NEVER be forced up into semi-pro/pro, at that point the entry fees jump astronomically. If you deisre is to stay in MBR, MBO, FBR, FBO stay. In this case, I think the ASA has it wrong, moving up thorugh its a,b,c classes etc, is fine, but forcing into a much more expensive class, I don' t agree with. --Bob |
