The rings were IBO legal. I never said they weren' t. But it seemed as though they placed the 10 ring in different spots on the animal' s chest than McKenzie does. Therefore the Binoculars saved me. If I had not looked at the target then I would have been in trouble. The only thing that really was different was that EVERY TARGET had an X-ring (11) that was 25% of the 10 ring where I believe some of McKenzies are larger than 25%. The IBO Rule says the X-ring (11) has to be APPROXIMATELY 25%. Therefore the R&W targets are IBO Legal. In the end it didn' t matter because everyone shot at the same targets no matter where the scoring lines are located. The WV STATE CHAMPIONSHIP was an excellent shoot and no matter what targets they have next year I will try my hardest to be there.
