I' m sure the IBO still collected their money.

It only cost me about $300 to drive 5 hours and shoot 20 targets in the fog at 7:40 friday morning.

I had to go to snowshoe to get it but I got a refund..... I was there I feel for you guys that didnt get to shoot.
