This coming Sunday(Mar. 16) Bow N Barrel will be holding our first shoot of the year. Not the first but the first one that you will be able to shoot. Weather has gotten us the first couple times.
Our shoots are now held at the Boy Scout Camp off Bates Rd. In Birmingham OH. Rt 113 to Vermilion Rd.,turn south to Bates. Rd., Rt. on Bates to the Scout camp entrance.

Sixty degrees, good food,sunshine [8D]and a chance to shoot. Couldn' t ask for more than that.

Any word on a new permanant club grouds for Bow and Barrel? One where we can shoot and practice 24-7-365 as we could before?

New permanent grounds are still a work in progress. You will be recieving a newsletter in the near future to update you on where we stand now and what we are planning. As you can imagine, replacing what we had is no easy challenge.

We do have our spring schedule set: March 16, April 27, and we had to re-schedule the IBO - Ohio State Championship to May 31 and June 1.

The good news is they are calling for 60 degrees this sunday, so it should be a good day to shoot.

I hope we get more than just a few show up since Mother Nature beat us the first 2 attempts.

You ain' t kiddin that replacing the old club grounds will be difficult.

It was definately on the top of my favorite local clubs as well as my home club.

Loved the terrain there...

Now about this rescheduling of the State Championships? Don' t you know you' re supposed to call me before making these decisions?...LOL...

That' s the same weekend as the ASA Pro/Am in Auburn, IN. I' m sure this will affect attendence some... At least one...ME!...LOL...
