I second the Copperjohn Pro. They make a fixed mount or a dovetail mount. Extreme also makes a good sight, the Sniper that has a very small pin and will also take a lens but it costs alot more.

check out the hoyt micro-elite. they come in micro adjustable both ways. you can get them with pins or with small or large fiber optics. the cobra pins which are more sturdy also fit this site.
