I would like to start the season in the Female open class. Since my new bow and equipment has not yet arrived, I will have to adjust my hunting bow for target shooting. My hunting bow has fixed pin sights. Can I still shoot the Open class or will I have to shoot the release class since my sights are not movable?

The rule states, "shot with movable sights".

You can shoot your pins in the open class.
