Default Ft Worth Shootout

It's now official, there's going to be a sanctioned shootout in Ft Worth between Jim Doyle and Clearcut. Yup, JD called me out on the PSE board, and I anxiously accepted. Now for the oddsmakers, here are the pros and cons so far, as known: Glare will be an important factor, it will be my polished bald head vs JDs' screamin good vibrations riser. Another important factor will be draw length>>>there aren't too many people that have a draw length longer than mine. Assuming JDs' draw is 29" then I will need a handicap, because my draw length will be longer, therefore it will take me longer to "quick draw" than JD. Our intent is to keep things even, IBO style!!! So, ladies n' gentlemen place yer bets now. It'll be a shoot to remember, I honestly hope JDs' face ain't as long as his bow when it's all over !!! Hee!Hee! One other thing>>>JD referred to it as a "shootout at the OK corral". Question for you history buffs>>>Was the OK Corral in Texas???>>>If not, I know for sure the "Alamo" was and still is, and I can speak Spanish !!! If the "Shootout at the Alamo" applies, I guess then you already know who is going to win !!!

Gee Jim and here I was thinking about shooting in your group.
If there is going to be that much glare I might have to look else where

But to be perfectly honest it will probably be one wet and cold week end in Texas come the winter nationals.

So all you guys can stay at home by the dry warm fire least that way I might have a chance

Clearcut, the OK Corral was in Tombstone Az. Yes, you are correct, the Alamo is in Texas and the pride of our state next to me of course. Hehehehe. Instead of a dinner bet why not a "hair match?" I'll bring my shears if you guys decide to do it.

Clearcut.

It has been known to snow here
but dont get nowhere near your temps so you better stay at home cause you will just be too hot down here and it is an offence to run around only wearing your jock strap

Jim>>>leave the hip boots at home>>>waders will be the "uniform for the day"

Where oh where is n23d hiding ??? I figured she'd be right in the middle a this deal.

Ausie-guy>>>think JD brought up a good point>>>BS will override the glare>>>your cheapest and foremost antidote will be "earplugs">>>since we sell em' in our store, I'll donate a pair to you !!!

JD, its been know to snow, be 70 degrees, rain cats and dogs, and be very windy all in just a matter of a few days. I would bring your entire closet and then some just to be safe. Oh! By the way, if the weather happens to be warm you might want to bring some bug spray. If it bites, pricks or stings you're in Texas. Is Sandy "yankee sunshine" coming down with you? Take care and hope to meet you there.
