When are the host clubs supposed to send out their letters to competitors for qualifying in the top twenty in their class to go to the worlds championship in Anderson?

The clubs have 10 days to get the paperwork together and into the office. Judy normally has the invitation letters right back out in the mail to the clubs who complete them and send them out to you. If it has been more than 2-3 weeks, give Judy a call (440-967-2137) and she can help you out.
