Jim, Yes the IBO will be honoring the guest pass at Bedford. Your friends score will not count towards the Championship. The guest pass will allow your friend to pay his or hers entry fee without having to also join the IBO. You should have received a guest pass in your renewal packet from the office. Hopes this answers your questions

If you are a current member and don't have your guest pass, see Lynn at the IBO table in registration, she will give you one.
The way the IBO guestpass works now (new for 2007) is there will be a 6 month limited IBO membership with the guest pass. This limited membershipwill not include Bowhunting World Magazine or any award at the event where the guest pass was issued.
