Membership ?

When I open my range in Redford Mi. Do all people who shoot on a 3D league or participate in a trophy shoot have to be IBO members? Is insurance voided if they are not and something should happen?

Still researching all my options...

No, shooters don't have to be IBO members to shoot your Club events if you carry IBO insurance.
