Who shops at CVS?
I've not tried this personally yet because I don't shop often. However, I'm told if they ask you for a phone number, give them 555-555-5555. See what happens

I always refuse to give them my number. There are many stores that ask and the answer is always the same. My number has nothing to do with my purchase.

Try that number above at all the stores. I'm pretty sure that's it and not sure if they have fixed the bug They may have I've just been told its hilarious what happens at CVS.

I did and it pulled up all sorts of crap!
It is a scam!
You will get popups! Is it trying to steal info? I don't know. As soon as I started getting popups, I closed the page!
