I also suspect as some members have noted, the sigh was probably intentionally misspelled to grab attention. However, Luke, I am still waiting for my $100.

I think the sign was very intentional. People who would have normally zoomed by would have to slow down to read it. If they don't slow down, they're certainly not going to stop.
