I know this post isnt about hunting but i need help.I know that most of the users of this site are men which means a lot of you probably work out.problem is,I have been working out since nov1st.Im gaining muscle i know cause i can lift more and have put on weight.But it dosent look like it.as much as i work out i just gain the muscle but dont look like it.once agian i know this isnt about hunting but i NEED help

some guys dont get jacked. im 150 lb and stronger than most guys i know. i'd say im lean. i have a 6 pack. pretty big arms and can lift alot and have good stamina. i think its better than being ripped like james harrison or lamar woodley

I had the same "problem" when I was in high school. The issue is that your muscles are not wired to gain mass. They get more tightly compacted into the space they originally took up. You're gaining weight because the muscles are just more dense than the rippling muscle head next to you who probably lifts less than you.
