They get pretty big but that's the biggest I have ever seen. And I lived in FL for 18 years.

I heard about it too. I don't know if it's real or not, but as common as 6' diamondbacks are, I wouldn't be surprised there are some over 7'. I killed one a couple months ago that was tall as me, and I'm 6'2".

Man dont take this the wrong way but are you crazy deer are magnificent creatures too but that dont mean you shouldnt kill them. Aint no doubt what I would have done rattlesnakes are no good, the way I look at it, Ill kill it befor it gets the chance to kill tha boy, cuzz has got him some good eaten and a mighty fine pair of snake skin boots now

Would have been different if it were not in a neighborhood with a bunch of kids. They did what they had to do. And should have.

When I lived in Georgia I only killed rattlesnakes I saw.... every frigging one of them.

compare the background objects to the snake. Snake is being held closer to the camera = larger look.

That thing is huge! Glad to see they killed the thing. I wouldn't want to hear about that snake biting little jimmy or your hunting dog that you spent so much time and money into
