Anyone up for one last rabbit hunt on Saturday the 19th? I know a spot that needs a few guy's to hunt. Thick thick cover! I hunted it once this year but it was too thick to get any clean shots off! Now that we had some snow to knock some of it down and if we can get a few guy's up there we might be able to get a bunny or two out of there. The spot is near Roxbury. If I don't have any work to do (just bought a house that needs some work. Kitchen cabinets coming on the 18th) my cousin and I may be interested. We went last weekend for rabbit. Got 1, missed 2. The one we got ran into a pipe to hide. Put a stick into the pipe and it ran back out. Nutty rabbit. Any birds on the property too?

Cool... I've seen 1 grouse and 2 pheasants on this property before and a ton of woodcock but woody season is long over so rabbits will be about it. You may come across a squirrel or two as well. We need to cut through some hardwoods to get to the bunny fields.....We will probably meet in the Ramsey Outdoors parking lot on Rt 46 in Ledgewood around 7:00. The spot is not far from there. So far we have two others who want to go so it should be good.....
