I know it sounds like alot. But compare it to other acticities. If I take my girl out for a movies, dinner, & drinks. I could spend 70$ easy for one night, probably more. You get 12 months out of a license. And if we won't support game agencies, there are non-fishing/huntign groups that will, and thats not an option as far as I am concerened.

Resident Archery $16.00
Federal duck stamp $15.00
Pa migratory $3.00
Doe tag $6.00
Resident Fishing $22.00

And that doesn't even include gear,shells/arrows and so on.

I now have to buy the Lake Erie stamp which makes it almost $70. I'm not worried about PA's dinky stocked fish, they have 1000's of miles of wild trout water that holds awesome fish. Most of those areas have been taken care of by the local TU chapters or other local clubs. I dont want to pay extra money so all those 1st day warriors can catch more 6" fish. I understand prices go up, but from $40 to $70 is a big jump.

I was gonna come down there and chop one of those trees down at nightfall--LOL

I'm headed to Cape fear or Hatteras in July to do some surf fishing because there's no salt water license required in NC. But I hear that might change too.

I would love to get into some Tarpon or some big cobia's.

We have something like Tarpon up here in NW Pa, they're just babies though, I think they're called Shiners---LOL
