I never ate a perch before. He was good...not too many bones. Maybe the freezing water makes them taste better?

I used to catch a lot of them up here in Chautauqua lake with my Dad when I was a kid, never on the ice before, but man were they good. Mix a few pounder Bluegill in there and you got yourself some excellent eating my friend.

What is the date? I am participating in an ice fishing contest on my lake. 2/12...7 AM sign up. I'll probably just fish for a few hours because I have to drive to Philly for my dad's 60th birthday party.
