I was able to hunt Monday morning but didn't see anything. I think the bright moon might of had them bedded a little earlier than usual. I may try a 10am to 1pm hunt next week. It seems that they've been moving after the sun warms things up a bit.

i'm hunting with a bow in 5b. Monday morning showed no sightings, the afternoon was a different story. Saw 11 doe but none offered a good shot. Hunted again this afternoon and saw 15 but they were just a little to far to fling an arrow.

I have off on Friday and Saturday so I plan on taking the stand in hopes of finding a buck. I've been seeing quite a few deer in my travels frequenting the fields so hopefully something will happen for me on stand.

Question.
How far along would a doe that was bred in Oct or early Nov be in her pregnancy? I mean would you find a fetus when gutting if you took a doe now?
Don't laugh I dunno I don't shoot doe.
