depends on where they r bedding and r u hunting the beding routes. i would get there b4 light and wait it out. hunt with a buddy if u r wary about the travel in the dark. the bucks, this time of the year, get out of there at the hint of light...usually. there is always a variance. get a ground blind..they work well if u can conceal them well. hide them n corners and brush the tops. cover the shooting holes with "SHOOT through" netting. bucks spook at the sight of the black holes...hey, good luck

ps..try hunting spots where they cross fingers of water...they will b hot right now

ok..who put it on them and who didnt. i didnt go, as i stated i wouldnt, because of the weather and the fact that i am n no rush. there will be some quality deer killed now, but there is always plenty for the coming months. who needs to sit out there and catch a cold in this damp weather. good luck

Lemond 33 , yes Cedar Swamp has some nice size deer and always lots of deer, We farm most of the state land up there . always seeing deer in the crops, get some of them out of there.......

ron, i will check it out this season sometime. i hardly see a person on some of these tracts that i hunt. is it the same case in cedar...during archery r there alot of people in it??? thanks for the info...lemond
