Probably going to pour down rain. What state do you hunt in? I would like it to be overcast and cool but no wind. I wont hunt in the hard rain only because of tracking problems. I actually think the hunting part would be good though. I have a porta roof that I have used when it sprinkles.

I bet if we (this board) tried hard enough, we could get some landowner that had a good accessible area that you could hunt. Do you have a severely limiting disability or is it just dang hard in general to get around?
What is the closest major town nearest to you? Or , alternately, what WMU are you in? I hate to hear anyone that says they are gonna give it up. When my grandpap quit coming to deer camp in the mountains, it was never the same. If I knew then what I know now I would have given up my season to carry him on my back so he could go. He was one that didn't believe in bothering anyone else. If he would have asked he would have found out that it would have been no bother at all to me. He just said he wasn't coming and that was that.
Maybe someone will see this and step up with an offer to let you hunt a place nearby to you.

Thanks for the well-wishes. I will be in a tree stand in Sullivan County. Two days ago I was on my boat, 20 miles out in the ocean fishing and in 3 days I will be in upstate PA hunting deer. I love the outdoors. Can you hunt behind your daughter's place? Land access in SE PA is a b!tch.
