Dont forget Hershey bars and Hershey Park, I live in Delaware and sounds like we talk as well., except they have pawn hausk and we have scrapple.
We say soda. Also on the first day of deer season the schools are closed and that is when the stores have sales for the ladies that dont hunt in PA.No such thing in DE.

When John Kerry was in Philly (Philadelphia) he ordered a cheese steak with swiss cheese. You could tell he was from out of town.

I don't know that but I know that a Chesapeake Bay fishing license is $12 plus $2 for a striper stamp.

If you are from Scranton; you know that the best kielbasi comes from Polish markets in the "Upper ," Mid", or "Lower Valley" and can tell which market it came from just by the strength of the garlicy aroma. You can understand what someone from Carbondale or Dickson City is talking about without going to the Carbondale or Dickson City to English dictionary. You can buy ducks with the blood to make a certain Eastern European "delicacy". The best pizza comes from Old Forge but you always know where to find some that's better. And if you are lucky enough to have relatives in the Pittsburgh area you can get the best pierogies ever made.

If you live in PA, you also know what Tasty Cakes are.

I've never looked for this out of state, but do other states have chow chow?

If you're from PA, you may have shot a few spike bucks (but not on a Sunday).

The game laws booklet that you use to keep in your license holder now looks like a Sears catalog.
