Default White Bear Cub

Some friends forward me some pics of an all white bear cub with it's mother. The pic was taken supposedly in the wilds of PA. The bear did not seem albino because it's eyes were black ..it didn't have pinkeye... Furthermore, I do not believe the email I receive was a hoax.

Anyhow, the pics I have are greater than 30K and I can not upload them with a post to this message board. If anyone knows how I can get a pick that is about 50K in size on a post, please let me know. My question is has anyone else heard of this cub and are white cub very rare? I know this is the first time I seen pics of one.

I got pics sent to me via email....supposedly the mom and cub were photographed near Tidioute, PA which is about 20 minutes south of here. I can't post them though as I have no were to upload them. Did anyone else get the same story?

Most of the guys on the forums are saying it's just a color phase - like cinnamon etc. They are calling it a blond bear.
